URGENT - TRAINING IN TURKEY - CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS!

Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called Our Rights and Responsibilities as Citizenswhich will take place in 01st until 08th November 2014 in Ankara, Turkey.

The main aim of the project is to increase youth workers’ knowledge, skills and attitudes on citizenship and active citizenship issues. We take care about citizenship and citizenship related issues. We believe that it is one of the key factors for development of societies. Our target groups are youth workers/youth leaders who are interested and motivated to work on citizenship issues and will be able to act as multipliers after the training course.

We have planned to use non formal education methods for our training course. We will have interactive workshops such as role plays, simulations, theatres, presentations, working in small groups as well as field visits and case studies. This course also will be the opportunity to enhance exchange, partnership and co-operation.

This event will bring together 24 participants from different European Union Countries. The event will be held in English. There are 3 vacancies available and participants should have minimum 18 years old.

The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants (up to 360 euros). There will be a participation fee of 40 Eur. per participant.

TRAINING IN TURKEY - CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called Innovation and creativity in non-formal educationwhich will take place in 08th until 15th October 2014 in Nevsehir, Turkey.

Aim of this training course to increase the creative application of non-formal education, to improve their skills and knowledge. To promote Creativity and Innovation within Erasmus+ Projects. Supporting youth workers and youth leaders to think in innovative ways of approaching youth related topics and develop creative solutions to increase the impact and efficiency of youth activities. To develop innovative methodologies that increase effective participation of all project-actors involved in youth projects: partners, youngsters, local communities, policymakers.

Broadly, learning outside the formal school/vocational training/university system, taking place through planned activities (e.g. with goals and timelines) involving some form of learning support, for example:
Programme to impart work-skills, literacy and other basic skills for early school-leavers
in-company training
structured online learning
courses organized by civil society organizations for their members, their target group or the general public.

This event will bring together 24 participants from Romania, Turkey, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Estonia and Lithuania. The event will be held in English. There are 3 vacancies available and participants should have minimum 18 years old.

The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants (up to 275 euros). There will be a participation fee of 40 Eur. per participant.

TRAINING IN TURKEY - CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS - URGENT!

Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called U-Happy” which will take place in 13th until 21st September 2014 in Sorgun-Yozgat, Turkey.

The project will touch about unemployment and unemployment youth and its issues. We would like to headline "Youth Unemployment," with different European countries by bringing youth workers, social workers and young people together to make comparisons between countries, institutions and organizations working in this area. We also would like to see the solution of this problem and how the organisations work to deal with unemployed problems. There will be many visits to institutions and organizations working in this area and also various workshops.

As a result of the project we aim to see the different problems of youth unemployment in the different European countries and also to see the proposed solutions and best practices to take steps to transfer to their home countries. We will use will be diverse working methods in non-formal education.

This event will bring together 27 participants from 8 countries from European Union and Turkey. The event will be held in English. There are 3 vacancies available and participants should have minimum 18 years old.

The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants (up to 360 euros). There will be a participation fee of 40 Eur. per participant.

TRAINING IN GERMANY - CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called Exchange+Education+Empowerment of Youth Leaders” which will take place in 23rd until 30th September 2014 in Potsdam, Germany.

Young People will come together in order to improve quality of Youth Exchanges by sharing experiences, developing their competences, getting inspiration und motivation for future work as youth leaders.

Participants will learn about their role as a Leader, facilitation, communicating, planning non formal education and intercultural learning processes, organizing a project in the youth field within an international team. They will also learn to promote Youth Participation and Active Citizenship as key elements when designing an international project.
The training course seeks to not only improve the qualities of future youth exchanges (in the frame of Erasmus+) but also facilitate cooperation between organisations and their networks.

During this training course we expect to assist in the development competences, knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours through different tools, activities and methods that can be seen in the programme.

This event will bring together 26 participants from Germany, Estonia, Poland, Georgia, Portugal, and Azerbaijan. The event will be held in English. There are 3 vacancies available and participants should have minimum 18 years old.

The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants (up to 275 euros). There will be a participation fee of 40 Eur. per participant.

TRAINING IN ROMANIA - CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called ESD Go On!” which will take place in 20th until 29th August 2014 in Valenii de Munte, Romania.

The change required by the EU for "Sustainable Development" can only come from education, a new type of education that requires new resources. Existing crises in education do not provide the required resources to transform education towards sustainable development.
In the context of global issues reorienting education requires effort from all stakeholders - governments, ministries etc but primarily from those who actually work with youth : youth workers , teachers etc.


The purpose of "ESD Go On" is Increasing awareness of youth workers towards global issues, the impact that they have on their lives and their communities and propose through educational materials it contains, a model for action at individual, community and global levels.


Using non-formal methods , under the guidance of two international trainers, participants will conduct the activities in order achieve the specific objectives:
- development of future oriented-thinking
- development of a responsible behavior towards resources
- development of skills to initiate change
- setting a communication network to contribute in changing mentalities and attitudes in communities


The schedule of the course was designed as to produce a change in the cognitive, emotional and behavioral level of participants. Benefits obtained regarding competences conceptually - certified by Youthpass, provide participants the necessary resources to produce a positive impact in their organizations, at their place of work, in the community.

This event will bring together 30 participants from European Union countries. The event will be held in English. There are 3 vacancies available and participants should have minimum 18 years old.

TRAINING IN AUSTRIA - CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called ACT – Active Citizens of Today!” which will take place in 24th until 31st August 2014 in Villach, Austria.

"ACT – Active Citizen of Today!" is a training course that aims to support the professional development of young trainers and to raise the quality of their projects concerning citizenship. We will approach the idea of citizenship on three different levels: locally, nationally and in the European context. The training course uses methods of experiential learning as role plays, simulations and drama methods and group sharing methods as small and large group discussions.

Together, we will be working out and improving ' method toolkit' on how to motivate youngsters for participation in their community and beyond. All over mission of the training course is to find the ways how to make the issue of citizenship attractive to the youth and their responsibility into his process.

We will be hosted in the following place:

This event will bring together 22 participants from Estonia, Austria, Bulgaria, Romania, Germany, Italy and Greece. The event will be held in English. There are 2 vacancies available and participants should have minimum 18 years old.

TRAINING IN ARMENIA - CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called When Social Meet Rights in Armeniawhich will take place in 13th until 20th July 2014 in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia.

The training course When Social Meet Rights in Armenia is a Training Course, which was developed as a module for youth workers/trainers to help them to answer their questions concerning the (Social) rights issues and its implementation in their communities. Have the European Social Charter as base and background; we will approach the idea of Social Rights in different levels: Housing, Education, Health, Employment, Non-Discrimination, Legal and Social Protection and Movement of Persons. The idea is to support the professional development of young activists and to raise the quality of their projects concerning Social Rights in disadvantage communities.

We will work group discussions, studycase, examples and community in practice. Together, we will be working on improving the “good exmaples” on how to motivate youngsters aware and active on their community and beyond.

This event will bring together 24 participants from Estonia, Poland, Italy, Moldova, Romania, Georgia, Ukraine and Armenia. The event will be held in English. There are 3 vacancies available and participants should have minimum 18 years old.

The Youth in Action programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse the participants with 70% of the travel costs. There will be a participation fee of 40 Eur. per participant.
