Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants
for a Training Course called “Leader’s Factory” which will take place
in 18th until 25th
September 2013 in Kobuleti,
Georgia.
The project is based on our believe, that group leaders from different NGOs, with different
background are able to increase the quality of Youth Projects through finding appropriate models of motivating youth to
actively participate in a process and gain new skills and knowledge.
The main objective of the project is to
find these forms and methods
of motivation, where the
leader is not only a teacher or mentor, but he/she plays an active role of a
facilitator who knows technology
of involving youngsters.
During the training course we want to
elaborate these techniques, to develop suitable systems for youth workers that
thy can use in their work within the projects of Youth in Action Program.
This
event will bring together 24 participants from Estonia, Georgia, Germany,
Turkey, Ukraine and Azerbaijan. The event will be held in English. There are 5 vacancies
available and participants should have minimum 18 years old.
The
Youth in Action programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and
activities and will reimburse the participants with 70% of the travel
costs. There will be a participation fee of 40 Eur. per participant.
