Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants
for a Training Course called “Creativity for Employment” which
will take place in 1st
until 8th February 2014 in Svyatogorsky, Ukraine.
This
is a training course for youth leader and workers who want to develop
creativity as an essential competence to success within the new job market. The
aim is to gain key competences and skills which can, afterward, be shared and
transmitted to the community they will be working with. In the training course
will be used methods of experiential and experimental learning as role plays,
simulations and group sharing methods, small and large groups discussions.
Together, we will be working on new alternative methods and techniques for
young people to be successful in the dynamic, uncertain, and not always clear
labour market.
The
TC will be held in Svyatogorsk/Ukraine, will last 8 days and the partners are
based in Program countries and Eastern Partnership. Svyatogorsk is a famous
health resort of Donbass, spread over the picturesque banks of the Seversky
Donetsk river. It is famous for its beautiful nature and unique historical
architecture heritage and for its charming nature admired by a lot of Russian
and Ukrainian writers, painters and composers who visited it in the past. It
may be defined the “Donetsk Switzerland.”
The
event will be held in English. There are 3
vacancies available and participants should have minimum 18
years old.
The
Youth in Action programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and
activities and will reimburse the participants with 70% of the travel
costs. There will be a participation fee of 40 Eur. per participant.
