Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH)
is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called “Integration Through Action” which will take place
in 08th until 15th
July 2015 in Leicester,
England.
Participants will be facilitated to better
understand different cultures, their values, expectations, behavior and
communication. During special activities and debriefings they will lose their
prejudice and stereotypes about nations and cultures and appreciate richness of
diversity and advantages of peaceful cooperation among nations. The will
anticipate and solve problems in intercultural teams and taste intercultural
cooperation on the real project. Participants will work in multicultural groups
on youth meeting preparation and find out how evaluation could increase quality
of their projects.
By international meeting of countries, we help young leaders to understand diversity as a key to positive change of the society and prepared them to successful work in multicultural teams.
This event will bring together 29
participants from United Kingdom, Estonia,
Croatia, Italy, Austria, Bulgaria, Poland, Netherlands, France, Romania and Hungary.
The event will be held in English. There are 3 vacancies available and participants should have
minimum 18 years old.
The
Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and
activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the
participants – up to 250 euros . There will be a participation fee of 40 Eur. per
participant.
